Frequently Asked Questions
What if neither of us are used to taking pictures?
Don’t sweat it, we’ve got your back. This is totally normal and we will ease you in slowly. We keep things light and offer lots of guidance. We can promise lots of laughs with a balance of authentic & genuine moments along the way!
How many photos will we receive?
There is certainly variability from session to session but a general rule of thumb is roughly 80-100 images per hour of shooting. For a full wedding day with 8+ hours of coverage you can anticipate at least 700+ images.
How (and when) do we receive our photos?
For smaller sessions (1-2 hours) we aim to have the curated gallery delivered within 2 weeks. For full weddings we target 8-12 weeks -- sneak peeks are sent out 24-48 hours after your celebration.
For delivery we email over a beautiful custom online gallery. It’s a private site that you can share with family & friends, and you will have the ability to download unlimited high-res files for a full year. Prints & albums are available directly from your gallery!
Are you insured?
Yes, 100% (some venues may require proof of insurance).
Do you have backup equipment?
We’ve got lots of gear. Backup camera bodies, extra lenses, batteries and memory cards. We backup your photos ASAP after capturing everything and keep the memory cards safe until your full gallery is delivered.
Do you charge for travel?
Travel is included for weddings within 1.5 hours of Dover NH. For couple/engagement sessions it’s covered within 45 minutes. Beyond that there is a custom travel fee based on distance, time of year and whether or not any overnight stay would be required.
